Seamless rental experience, kind staff, and free helmet rentals too. Rented a triumph speed twin, amazing sounding bike and a smooth ride. My wife rode on the back and we did the route they suggested. The pre done Google map route they had as a QR code was amazing, easy to follow and had great stops along the way.

The team there is outstanding; everyone I interacted with provided top-notch customer service with genuine aloha spirit. They made me feel welcome and answered all my questions patiently. Perks that really stood out: A helmet was included at no extra cost, which is a huge plus for safety-conscious riders. Overnight parking was also complimentary, making it easy to plan multi-day trips without worrying about where to store the bike. And the cherry on top? If there’s one tiny suggestion I’d make, it’s to extend the working hours. Currently, they’re open from 8 AM to 5 PM, but shifting to 7 AM to 6 PM (or even sunrise to sunset) would make it even more rider-friendly for those early morning or late afternoon explorations. Incredible and friendly experience with Chase Hawaii Rentals. I took the Honda Rebel 500 out for a day and it was perfect. They give you a helmet and if you have a passenger, a helmet for them is also included with your rental. Have a variety of sizes. Can even use your own motorcycle insurance policy. They charge a 500 dollar deposit that's very quickly returned on the bikes return. Very friendly staff. Bike was safe, clean, and caken care of. Would absolutely go here again. Highly recommend.

Spent the past 10 days on O’ahu for vacation & business. Twice rented HD cycles from them over this period for an aggregate 7 days. Went back & forth several times from Honolulu to North Shore - Laie area & Waimea Bay. Very efficient, very professional, solid selection of cycles available! Had me on my way after about only 10 minutes each time to complete necessary paperwork & to review the cycles’ operations. If you’re looking to explore the Island via motorcycle, look no farther. Great experience!
