I rented a Harley-Davidson Street Glide from EagleRider in Kihei in December 2024 and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. One thing I really appreciated is the flexibility: the Street Glide can be equipped with a Tour Pak, with a sissy bar, or completely without—depending on what you need. I personally chose the bike without a Tour Pak, which was perfect for my rides around the island. Pickup was smooth and straightforward. The only minor issue was a duplicate listing on Google Maps—the correct location is the northern Maui location, at 1975 S Kihei Rd #5, Kihei, HI 96753, USA. Once there, everything worked perfectly. The staff member on site was very friendly and professional, and the bike briefing was clear and thorough. Return was equally relaxed and uncomplicated. The motorcycle itself was in excellent condition. I rode up Haleakalā, which was absolutely amazing. Riding up and down a volcano at 3,055 m / 10,022 ft on a Street Glide is an unforgettable experience. I also rode the Road to Hana all the way past Hana to Charles Lindbergh’s grave. The famous ~600 curves are great fun on a motorcycle, although for me the ride up and down Haleakalā was even more impressive. All in all, a top-notch rental experience with great bikes, friendly service, and unforgettable riding routes. I will definitely book again the next time I’m on Maui. 🏍️🌋

Rented an MT07 for the ride up haleakala. My plans changed last minute and they were able to accommodate changing my rental days with no issues. The guys working there are very friendly and laid back. The bike worked great and the price was reasonable for Maui. All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely rent from them next time!

We rented a scooter from EagleRider in Kihei for a few days and had great time, very convenient and fun! Staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend the 150cc scooter as it carries two people and definitely goes as fast as needed on all local roads. Be sure to use the lock when parking - we didn't have an issue but were warned several times that scooters are easily stolen. We also rented a slingshot for our last day driving around the island - what a fun way to explore! It was very easy to drive (just like a car), but way more fun with your hair blowing in the warm wind! Mahalo!

Very easy and laid back to work with. Wanted a Street Glide, but were out of them. He suggested the Classic Soft tail. Motorcycle ran fine on the Road to Hana and the Maui winery. Great suggestions on his part. Will definitely rent from him again when back in Maui.

We had a great experience with EagleRider in Kihei. I rode a HD Heritage and my husband drove a sling shot. We were grinning ear to ear after we were done riding/driving. The weather in Maui was perfect. If you're looking for something fun, from motorcycles (a variety of options) to sling shots, this is the place to check out. Definitely worth your while when you come and visit Maui!

I had a super pleasant experience with the EagleRider in Kihei. Without any prior reservation I was able to get a fresh Indian Scout for the same day in Saturday and got suggestions for spots to visit in Maui. The bike was in very good condition, probably because it had only like 3000 miles on it, but all the other bikes looked well maintained as well. The owner was super relaxed about everything and dropping the bike off after the day was super easy even outside the opening hours. Only regret is that I did not rent the bike for the whole week, as the cost per day would’ve been lower and I could’ve enjoyed the bike more, but next time I know better. Mahalo 🤙🏼

Would not recommend EagleRider to anyone, based on my experience here. Reserved a Street Glide nearly 5 months in advance. The day I arrive to pick up the motorcycle, I find although I am at the address given in the email confirmation, this is clearly not the place. After a couple phone calls, I find the correct place only to find no street glide, although I was told it would be brought out after signing some documents. I was then presented a significantly damaged Heritage Softail, as if it were the Street Glide. When I pointed out that it wasn’t, this was suddenly a surprise to the rental agent. Classic bait & switch. Agent then gave the typical rigamarole of excuse after another, with each new excuse contradicting the last. At the end of all the BS, I was essentially told, “no refunds, take it or leave it.” The customer service representative with EagleRider corporate said the same thing, telling me I signed the contract and accepted the rental of yet another motorcycle, an Indian Challenger.
