She provided clear maps and location guidance, shared helpful parking tips, and even helped me find ways to save money on insurance. Kim was kind, humble, and truly cared about helping. We had a wonderful experience with Kim at First Rent A Car. Kim was very polite, friendly, and welcoming, and she made the entire process easy and efficient. What really stood out was how helpful she was in suggesting activities for our trip - many of which I hadn’t come across while planning our itinerary. She took the time to tailor her recommendations to our interests and was especially thoughtful in adjusting them for my mom, who is older and can’t always walk long distances. Her suggestions made a big difference in our trip, and we’re very grateful for her help! I returned the car to Calvin who was similarly very nice and efficient. No delays with picking up the car on all 3 days. Employees here are very nice!

I recently rented from First Rent a Car in Waikiki, Honolulu, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The car itself was in excellent condition: clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed for getting around the island. Pick-up and drop-off were smooth, and the staff went out of their way to make everything convenient. Just a quick note: be careful where you park in Waikiki—you can easily get a ticket! The company also took care of my ticket, I just paid the fine!!! Great job!!!!! We are visiting and wanted to explore the island by renting a car for a day. We had an easy time finding a booking online. Kim was incredibly helpful assisting us. We mentioned our tentative plans and she was eager to provide additional suggestions/tips/tricks that would make our drive easier and the most out of our day. We appreciate she tailored everything to fit our needs. Easy pick up and straight forward return policy. Would highly recommend.

Pretty good experience overall. The availability of free parking at the Waikiki Beach Resort is a huge plus since most places charge $60+ per night. The car we received was in decent shape and drove well. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Only minor issue was the delay in receiving the vehicle after checking in. Would be nice to have the option to have the car readily available for pickup in the garage or something, rather than waiting for someone to bring the car out. Other than that, I give it an A rating
