I rarely write reviews, but the owner Joe and mechanic Gerard truly deserve one! Joe went above and beyond to help me get an urgent oil change even without an appointment. He also took the time to explain everything I needed to know about safety and registration since I had just received a moped from a friend. On top of that, he gave me a generous military discount, which I really appreciate. While I was there, I also noticed how they treated other customers — especially beginners who were new to mopeds — with patience, respect, and kindness. Both Joe and Gerard are trustworthy, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. Hands down, the best on the island. Mahalo nui!

I had a wonderful experience at moped Direct! The team provided excellent service and took the time to thoroughly educate me on how to obtain and properly maintain my moped. They also assured me that they’d be available to help with any issues I might have in the future, which gave me a lot of confidence. Their professionalism and support ultimately made me decide to purchase a brand new moped from them two weeks later. Joe and Gerard are hilarious and very knowledgable about mopeds. They offer warranty’s and have always been able to help fix any problems that I have with my bike.

Gerard, Joe, and all the guys are very knowledgeable about everything, and are really genuine people. Great deals on quality new mopeds, and even comes with a warranty. Gerard went above and beyond and helped to install an airtag, and phone holder. The atmosphere is unlike any other, insanely funny guys that really make you feel welcome. Can’t say enough good things about this place! Thanks again!
