I don't even know where to start. This service was amazing! My aunt would have never made it to the waterfall or been able to enjoy Waimea Valley without this service. Easy to reserve, to pick up, to use, to turn in. The gentleman working the booth was super helpful and gave my aunt reassurances it was an easy to use scooter (she had never used one before). Price was extremely reasonable and after the whole process, my husband told me we would use it for him the next time as he has back issues and it would have been good for him too. We will recommend this service to everyone we know. Thank you so much for making it available!

We spend a wonderful May Day at Waimea Valley, we rented the scooters which made our visit even more enjoyable. We could take our own time exploring the valley and all the beautiful plants and gardens. My 87 year old mother and my daughter with Down Syndrome had an easy time controlling the scooter, they loved it, as you can see in their happy faces. The scooters was a positive addition to the valley. We will definitely be coming back, and I’m bringing friends.

We rented one for my wife..she loved it..she really enjoyed her time in Honolulu pain free from walking and standing...the delivery/pick up was good. One suggestion..the office needs to give the individual better information when they pick up the scooter. They could not find us the first time we rented it. The second time it was waiting at the bell hop and we returned it back. That was perfect. Thank you!! Would recommend you !!

This company was great to work with. I had some confusion/questions about renting and they helped me get on the right track. So glad we rented a scooter. Saved my partner w walking issues due to messed up back. We were able to enjoy the ship and excursions because we were not afraid to leave the room. Pick up and delivery were easy because this company was timely and we had excellent communication.
