Great ride! Best service as well would definitely rent from Origamirides again

We rented the Infiniti SUV from Caesar for a day trip up to North Shore. The car was super clean, roomy and handled well. A+++

We had this planned to do while in Hawaii on our anniversary. Booking was easy. Our reservations was for 11am but they didn't drop them off to un until almost 12:30 which caused delay/ miss of some of the attractions we had planned for the day. This was not communicated with me until I called after waiting in the front of the hotel for 30 mins. Then when it was time for pick up we contacted the operator that they were ready for pickup and that's when we were made aware that we had to keep them overnight. When I noted it was only a couple hr. rental, The gentleman who was assisting was helpful at the beginning but then became very unprofessional and was basically told we were stuck with the slingshot overnight. When asked to speak with a manager, was told he was not available. Until I threatened to leave a bad review. Then received a call form the owner after hearing my compliant he was very accommodating and apologetic and offered to take care of us, if we ever returned. I believe the only bad experience was the Bad communication, other than that, we had a great time and possibly will rent from them again only because the owner takes pride in his business and customer service. Have to be careful for who you hire to represent your brand, not always a good look!

-Location on Google and website are both incorrect -They do not pick up the phone, but they will text you back. Customer support does not understand casual English writing, such as the word "today." -The 2 people responsible for same-day bookings were unresponsive
