We had a great experience with Paradise Rent a Car in Waikiki! The service was fast and friendly, and everything went super smoothly. We rented a Mustang, no issues at all and it was such a fun drive! Prices were very reasonable, no hassle whatsoever. If you’re looking to rent a car last minute, this is definitely the place to go.

Gazelle really helped us out when we were let down by another rental company who tried to levy hidden charges. Car was great and rental process was efficient and hassle free. Highly recommended.

My experience with Paradise Rent-A-Car was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I reserved the vehicle the day before, showed up after 8 as scheduled, and they didn’t have the vehicle ready. Instead, they switched us into a different car without any explanation. The replacement vehicle was dirty and old, and it was given to me with only 3/4 of a tank of gas. On top of that, I was overcharged $35. When I tried to address it, the staff just kept repeating “no refunds, no refunds” instead of actually listening or offering any solution. I suggested applying a $35 credit toward a second day rental rather than having to issue a refund, and they still refused. End of the day I still returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas and didn’t expect any compensation for the extra fuel. It’s clear they don’t value their customers or stand behind their service. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere for the rest of the week.
