UGo Mobility Scooter and Wheelchair Rental Service

UGO Mobility helped make my vacation a pleasure. I was able to do many things that I never thought possible thanks to having the mobility scooter. The scooter was waiting for me when I arrived and everyone at the company was helpful. My daughter found the scooter easy to disassemble and put back together! I highly recommend UGO Mobility.

If there was an electric scooter rental to recommend, it would be UGo! My mom has limited mobility and this was her first trip to Hawaii. This company was professional and exceeded expectations- they had the scooter ready at the front desk before we arrived to our hotel at 1pm and let us leave it at the front desk for pickup. We got the lightest portable scooter and used it for long excursions (like Pearl Harbor and Polynesian Cultural Center) and short excursions (like Byodo In Temple, the island’s botanical gardens, the beaches and shopping at the Ala Moana Center), and there was still over 1/3 of the battery left when we’ve used it for 8 hrs straight! It’s very easy to put into the trunk, after you disassemble the chair and the battery, and can probably fit into any trunk. Don’t let mobility issues impact your itinerary, rent a scooter from this company and give your elderly parent and yourself the opportunity to do what you want to do in Hawaii. My mom loved it so much, she called it “her car” for the vacation.

I was traveling to Hawaii from NJ with a group of 9 people for the Marathon. Unfortunately, two weeks before coming out I fell and broke my ankle. I still wanted to take the trip and try to make the best of it. I rented both a knee scooter, and a shower chair to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They were really helpful reserving the equipment that I needed, and it was already delivered to the hotel when I arrived. I was able to even take my rental on a Hopper flight to explore the big island. The airline checks it for free as a mobility device. The front basket was super helpful as well. I wouldn’t have been able to have the trip I did without their help! They also helped my friend reserve a wheelchair since she was on crutches as well, but due to furthering her injury before the trip, she was unable to attend. Reserving and canceling if need be was made super easy. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

It could not have been a better experience with UGo! Having the scooter made all the difference in the world for my mom to be able to enjoy her trip! Because of the scooter she was able to see Pearl Harbor, the Polynesian center and even did the lighthouse hike! And, she felt better not having to hold anyone back! I can’t thank them enough for their amazing service and communication! I will not hesitate to use UGo again and I would recommend them to anyone! Chris was great and so accommodating with drop off and pick up!!

It was a great experience to rent a wheelchair through UGo Mobility. Making a reservation through online is straightforward and delivery and pickup services are convenient. They also reminded me for the delivery and pickup through SMS. We went to Oahu for family vacation and my dad needs a wheelchair to get around. Renting a wheelchair through UGo mobility was really a nice choice and help us have a great time in Oahu by visiting various places and taking photos for our memories. Thanks for the service!
