This company has the smoothest rental check out process I’ve experienced. Everything was simple and fast. The jeep we rented was pretty awesome! We loved cruising in it especially up the Mauna Kea. Thanks for such an amazing experience! 10/10 would recommend!!

My husband and I visited Hawaii February 2026 and rented a soft top Jeep from Hawaii Lifted Jeep Rentals. We had a great experience with this company and will definitely rent from them again in the future. We were able to reserve and pay for our rental online which is great not having to play phone tag or worry about time differences. Our rental was spotless, started right up and ran great the whole trip. We took an Uber from the airport to pick our Jeep. We got our Uber, picked up our Jeep and was on the way to check in to our room in under an hour. The island is amazing and you'll definitely need a vehicle if you want to even scratch the surface of all the beauty it has to offer.I unfortunately didn't take any great pictures of the Jeep itself but will attach a few photos of the awesome experiences the Jeep took us to. Get the Jeep. Do all the things. Respect the Island, the people and the critters that call it home. Have an amazing trip. You won't regret it.

My friend Ryan has done an amazing job with his company! From contactless check-in, travel guides, and amazingly comfortable and easy to use vehicles, the experience is top notch! My husband and I visited big island from Chicago and had a day rental. So easy and convenient, near the airport. We will definitely rent again! Very happy with the 2-door white Jeep Wrangler we hire in May 2026. Booking - we are from Australia and the staff helped us through with all the necessary paperwork and insurance requirements via email and phone call. They explained all the options required to be able to secure a booking. Pickup/Dropoff - whole process is quite easy to follow with detailed instructions on email. Basically everything is self served. Get to the depot, press a link sent on email, to open locker to retrieve key, then take pre-hire photos, etc. Same process in reverse upon return. The car - very clean on pickup, petrol filled. 2x beach chairs + 1 beach umbrella hired at no cost in the trunk. Low ish miles car 17xxx miles, no issue at all taking it around Big Island including thr trip up/down Mauna Kea. Thanks Team.
