Fantastic experience from start to finish. Great reception, super friendly and professional staff, and the bikes were in excellent condition. Everything was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. Highly recommend EagleRider Los Angeles to anyone looking to rent a motorcycle in LA!

My girlfriend and I couldn't be happier with the experience we had with eagle rider in Hawthorne. We rented a new road glide with the tour pack and explored california with it for 4 days. The fellas at the shop were all very nice and helpful and the bike was great. I would recommend everyone flying in and renting a bike, it's a hell of an experience and eagle rider made it seamless and fun, thanks guys. Also, purchase the insurance they offer. I accidently let go of the tourpack lid while my luggage was strapped on and it broke the tether and snapped the whole lid off its hinges. When I called to see if i could just ratchet strap it on and continue riding they said no problem, and because I purchased the insurance, it wouldn't cost me any extra which was a major relief. Had no other issues and it was overall an amazing experience. Thanks guys. Sorry about your tourpack!

I want to share a very disappointing experience with the EagleRider Los Angeles location. After riding only 25 miles on a rental motorcycle (which already had over 38,000 miles on the odometer), the bike broke down, leaking fuel. It was towed, and I was given a replacement motorcycle a daylater without being offered any choice in the model. When I returned the replacement bike, I signed a drop-off receipt showing a $0 balance, no mention of extra charges, no explanation about any potential costs related to the breakdown. I was also told at the time that towing would be covered by the agency. So it came as a complete shock to see a suspicious $380 charge on my credit card the next day, with no prior notice or documentation. When I inquired, the manager, Jason MacCombie, told me the damage was my fault — despite there being no clear evidence, and despite the fact that I had ridden only 25 miles before the breakdown, which was clearly related to wear and tear on an aging vehicle. The overall handling of the situation showed a serious lack of transparency and, frankly, what feels like dishonest behavior. Ironically, the staff had been much more enthusiastic when selling me additional insurance, which turned out to be completely useless when an actual issue occurred. In conclusion, I strongly do not recommend this agency. I have filed a complaint for unauthorized use of my credit card, and a formal chargeback is currently underway with my bank. Grégoire Richier

⭐ 0/5 – If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would Absolutely horrible experience with this place. Rented a motorcycle from Eagle Rider in Hawthorne and realized almost immediately after riding it back that the clutch was destroyed and the transmission was slipping badly. The bike was unsafe to ride. Instead of taking responsibility, their customer service was beyond terrible. They sent a tow truck to pick up the bike, then turned around and acted like the issue never existed. Their so-called “mechanics” claimed they couldn’t duplicate the problem, which is laughable. Anyone who knows even the basics of motorcycles could feel something was wrong within minutes. To make matters worse, they charged me for TWO DAYS even though I had the bike for ONE DAY, and slapped on a $250 tow fee on top of it. Completely unethical and dishonest. From the manager all the way down to the front-desk representatives, this place is unprofessional, uneducated, and clearly does not care about customer safety or fairness. They’d rather blame the customer than stand behind their equipment. I will never use their services again and strongly recommend others stay far away unless you enjoy bad bikes, worse service, and being ripped off. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
