Horrible service. We asked if they could leave it at the hotel and pay over the phone they said no. Our flight was delayed and we called and they said we can't wait for u here but didn't give another option. When we go to hotel they said they would bring it but kept asking are u going to pay. We offered to pay over phone 3 times. Then they didn't want to come into hotel and wanted us to go outside. I went outside he was taking scooter down it was tilted and I said u know what nevermind. He said why I said you guys have been so rude. They kept insisting they would take it to the airport but we needed to take an Uber and the scooter and luggage wouldn't fit
