Premier Vegas Mobility Scooter Rental

When we took our trip, our flight didnt get into till late and the orginal scooter we reserved online with another company said it would drop off, they called AFTER we paid to tell us (not ask) that it would be dropped off early and we had to meet them.. like that was possible. (Then took a week to get the refund) thank God I came across this company after! Joe saved us! He met us at the hotel at a time that worked for us, prices were better then the orginal company, he was professional and super friendly. For pick up our plans changed a bit and he was able to be flexible and worked with us. Highly highly recommend!!!

After Arriving in Vegas and taking the day to relax. On the following day, we had been looking at renting a scooter for the rest of the trip. All we were able to find was some a few not so great companies, until we connected with Joe. He was very friendly, and professional. He was able to bring us a scooter with in a very short amount of time. All other places were a hassle to set up a time for a drop off. We had the scooter for 4 1/2 days. He was very flexible when it came time to picking up the scooter and let us use the scooter on the last day for an extended amount of time. Hands down the best scooter leasing in vegas. So if you ever need a scooter. Ask for Joe! Great rates and flexibility.

This place was awesome! The prices were reasonable for the amount of time we rented the scooters. Joe was honest, took time to explain everything and very helpful throughout the entire process. He dropped both scooters off and gave me a time that he would come and pick them up before I checked out of my hotel. I recommend this place if you are looking for convenience and reasonably priced scooters for your trip.

Absolutely horrible!!!! Do NOT waste your time and energy with this company. Rented scooter at 10 am had issue at 1030 thought it was just a glitch. Red flag should have been the tape on the battery. Went to an event at 1 at the Westgate and scooter broke down by 2. (Only road it for maybe 20 minutes) Called and he wouldn't do anything to fix it till at least 5. I had recently had foot surgery so was stuck luckily at a friend's booth. Finally at 4 i called and said I couldn't wait. He offered to come get scooter and give me a refund so I accepted. I called Las Vegas Scooters and they were there in 30 minutes with a much nicer scooter. He never called or showed up to get the scooter. I called multiple times that night and got no answer until I left a nasty voicemail. He finally went and picked up the broken down scooter the next morning from my friend's booth and no he didnt ride it out of there, and I still have not received my refund. I have called multiple times and now he is trying to tell me I owe him for 1 day when it only worked for 20 minutes in 3 or 4 hours This guy is a joke and I highly recommend no one rent from this company. I'm letting my credit card company deal with this jerk.
