I paid the shop $140 ($40 for towing, $67.50 for labor, $25 for oil change and $5 for gas, including $5.78 and $2.51 in taxes) to fix my Tao Tao Pony 50. What I got in return was a scooter that completely broke down after a few start attempts plus evidence of shoddy workmanship (see photos). My troubles began when the scooter stopped running after it ran out of gas and had to push it to the nearest gas station. I told the shop what happened and was told that it was that the fuel tank was over fill and suggested that I should empty out the excess gasoline. I did so but the scooter still wouldn't start. I called again but because it was almost 5:00 pm (closing time) the shop suggested that I find a place to safely lock the scooter. Unfortunately I was in the downtown area which is known to be very sketchy and worried that my scooter can be stolen. I had to wait 2 1/2 to 3 hours at the Arco gas station for the tow truck to arrive and the gas station attendant there was very rude and unprofessional for forcing me out of the parking lot that he threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave and made loud and boisterous taunts at me. The scooter came out of the shop in worse shape than before I brought it in. Worse of all, they lied that they can fix Tao Tao scooters when in fact they don't. Beware of shops that just want you for your money. Just a painful reminder that we live in a world where not every one can be trusted. One visit to this shop is bad enough for me. Never again.

Worst experience ever I would never get a scooter from this shop it was convenient because it was near me but I had problems since day one when I got it the mechanics still are not professionally trained. You will have more than one problem if they touch your bike and they’re always adding the price up and once your scooter breakdown, you can’t even get a rental until your scooter is fixed. Worst service ever indeed

Awful experience. They made the leaks worse, disconnected various hoses, left the carb loose, charged me for unnecessary parts, STOLE MY KICKSTART, and left my gears/ball bearings in complete shambles. Complete dishonest shop. Scammers.
