ScooterBug Orlando

ScooterBug was amazing! It was so convenient to have them drop off and pick up the scooter at the resort. Also, great customer service! We had an issue with our scooter, and they delivered a new one the next morning. I will definitely rent from them again.

What an awesome scooter. Never had any issues and was easy to pick up at the resort and easy to return. No hassles at all. So glad a friend told me about them. Next time I will get an extra basket and canopy. If you don’t get the scooter bug scooter you are messing up. I saw other companies scooters all over having to be pushed and recharged. Not this one. One charge at night lasted all day and with grand boys you need a good scooter to keep up with them. Get a scooter from scooter bug or you will be scooting like a snail on any other scooter.

We had an amazing experience with scooterbug - will always recommend them! We had a wet battery mishap and they were able to deliver a whole new scooter to our resort within an hour! The old scooter stayed at the park and they picked it up. I was shocked that the process was so stress free. We had a split stay so the drop off and pick up locations were different but a breeze to set up. With the 100 degree days my kids absolutely needed the stroller and with my mobility issues post-car accident there was no way I could enjoy the parks without this lifesaver!

I recently hurt my back and hip and having a scooter To get through four parkswas a blessing. Scooterbug made it easy — dropping it off at the hotel and picking it up for me at the designated times. I was glad I added the rear basket with eight people in our group it was nice to have a single spot to put all of the Disney mugs. I didn’t know whether I should rent the four wheeled scooter or the three wheeled and I’m so glad I rented the three wheel. It was much easier to turn corners in queue lines. The Disney bus drivers were incredible and helped Me load, park, and unload the buses without any problems! I would highly recommend adding some sort of color decor to it so you can more easily find it among multiple strollers and scooters. I chose bright Hawaiian flowers.

High quality scooter. Very convenient pick up and drop off at resort bell captain. I was very pleased. Being able to use a scooter in the parks was a game changer for me. As I age I can no longer enjoy the parks without a scooter. Scooterbug is the only service that does not require you to be present at pick up and drop off. I highly recommend Scooterbug.

We had a wonderful experience with Scooterbug Orlando. We rented a scooter before our planned trip and it was waiting for us at our resort when we got there. Having the scooter helped tremendously while trying to get around with my back issues. It was just as easy to return the scooter when we were done with it. Scooterbug made our vacation much more enjoyable.

I knew a scooter was needed for both me and my husband and Scooterbug was a wonderful company to rent from. They took care of the pick up and delivery. The scooters made our trip .We were able to keep up with our Children and Grandchildren.

I could never have walked all those steps. My daughter and son-in-law were logging 18,000 steps daily in the parks, but I relaxed and followed in my scooter. We did have one very hot day it overheated and stopped running. The steering column became so hot you couldn't touch it and it stopped dead in it's tracks. We called ScooterBug and they thought it didn't have enough charge, but we had only used it about two hours after an all night charge. We were able to push it into a cool building for about 20 minutes and once it cooled down it was fine for the rest of the trip. Even machines get grumpy in 98 degree heat. If you have to leave it parked in hot sun, through something over the column to protect it from extreme heat. Other than that one extremely hot day everything was great. One piece of advice, take something to decorate your cart! There are so many that look alike it becomes hard to determine which one is yours. I used a fancy Jersey pillowcase to pull over the back of the seat. It stood out in the crowd and kept my back from sweating.
