Not ONCE have I had an issue with this business from Tasha to Josh it's always been professional, courteous, and so nice. My bestie and I called them for a one-day rental when we were just pooped and didn't want to walk anymore, that was four years ago and we have never had that problem again. We book with West Scooter every year now and love to see Josh and he is in my phone for just in case. We have only had to get one replacement and they were so fast to take care of that. PLEASE spread the word to get great customer service and delivery of your scooter. Enjoy! Don't forget to leave a tip!

such an excellent experience. josh is such a good man. i was taken to the ER and stayed on icu for five days. he got with my wife and picked up the rental mid week then brought it back to us a different resort when i was released. very hard to find superior service like that!!!

I rented a scooter for my Dad while we were in Vegas and we were very happy with West Scooter rentals. The scooter was at our hotels bell desk before we arrived. I was paid up until 4pm the day before we left and I sent a text asking if we should leave the scooter at the bell desk for pick up and Josh was so nice and asked when we leave and I said very early the next day and he said don't worry just leave it at the bell desk the morning we leave. A very nice woman even called me and was very sweet about it. I really appreciated the exceptional customer service. The scooter was awesome. My dad was up.and down the strip with no problems. He charged it at night and never had to worry about the battery or anything. Thank you West scooter rentals. We will definitely rent from you next time we are in Vegas.

From start to finish, drop off to pick up, the staff and Josh was very professional, on point with customer service, kind, friendly, and on time. The scooters are well maintained, easy to use, comfortable, and very nice. I will definitely be renting with W.S.R again on my next trip to Vegas. Highly recommend! It was so easy to set up the rental and pay online. I received a call the morning of to ensure drop off details. They were so l nice and offer great communication throughout the trip! I will continue to use West Scooters for future Vegas adventures!!
