Anaheims i5 Mobility Scooter Rentals

Service was amazing! I called to rent a scooter, and within a few hours my scooter was delivered to my hotel. The battery lasted all day during my Disneyland trip, from early morning until the park closed. All of their scooters are well-kept and looked brand new. My group ended up keeping their scooters an extra day, and when I texted him, he allowed me to keep mine as well. Definitely going to use them again!

I took a chance on this place with their limited reviews and was so glad I did. The scooter was in excellent condition and during a day of use only lost a few bars on its battery life. Hector delivered it to my hotel the night before I arrived so it was ready when I was ready to use it. We accidentally damaged one of the reflectors while turning in a tight queue and I texted Hector about it and he was very gracious about accidents happening. Definitely will use this company again.

Hector was great at providing information and making booking so easy. Went went from park to to park with ease and without having to show up first to land a scooter from Disneyland which is usually a fail. Came with a convenient charging port that kept our phones charged all day long. Will definitely be booking more trips and using this great service! It was a last-minute scramble trying to secure a scooter for a holiday week at Disneyland. I called multiple companies—most were booked solid or never returned my call. i5 Rentals initially let me know they were completely booked as well, but they offered to contact me if anything opened up. We figured we were out of luck and would end up renting a wheelchair instead. A few hours later, i5 called and texted to say a scooter had become available. Within just a couple of minutes on the phone—while we were standing in Avengers Campus sipping a cocktail from Pym’s—they handled the order and payment quickly and professionally. The scooter was delivered to our hotel within an hour, fully charged and ready to go. The battery lasted all day and into the night without any issues, only dropping two bars. That included riding to and from Disneyland, which is about a 20-minute walk each way. Overall, fantastic communication, fast service, and a reliable scooter that made our Disneyland trip much easier than expected! 5 STARS!!!

I was very happy with this company for my scooter rental. My scooter was at my hotel when I checked in. I didn’t use the scooter til the next day. The battery life lasted from park open to close. He is quick to respond to any and all inquiries. I will definitely use this company again and recommend him to everyone I know.
