10/10 experience. rented a road glide on black friday and richard was the nicest guy ever. super chill dude and very accommodating. even offered to let us use one of their jackets for the day free of charge. i will admit that the place looks extremely run down on the exterior, but nonetheless still had an amazing experience.

Excellent experience! Ricky was super helpful! He provided me with the cleanest Harley! Motorcycle was well maintained and was super smooth to ride! Using this location regularly because cannot afford to buy a Harley. Thank you guys for keeping me on the road! No better alternatives in San Francisco! The guys are the best!

Amazing experience renting motorcycles from Eagle Riders SF location. Our bikes that we had originally booked were out of stock so we got upgraded to a bigger Harley for free! Andrew was very nice at the shop!

I’ve rented motorcycles from EagleRider San Francisco four times now and every rental went smoothly. Pickup was easy, the bikes were ready, and the prices matched the service and quality. One time we had a problem during the trip and they reacted really fast with roadside assistance, which honestly saved the day. I’m especially happy with the service and the people working there. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with.

We rented 2 bmw r1250rt bikes, they ran well. One of the bikes had numerous issues with the electronics and related features. They are going to give some type of adjustment. The mechanic was there at pickup and turn in, but the rest of the team seemed under staffed, especially at turn in. The service was otherwise friendly and helpful.
