I just experienced the BEST selection EVER of motorcycle apparel under one roof…BMW, Rev’it, KLIM and Royal Enfield apparel, WOW…a major investment of inventory to serve their customers best! I rode 2 hours just to visit this dealership and it was worth the ride! Thank you for the positive experience!! Kudos to your team!!

Humberto was easy to talk to and deal with. He is down to earth and his banter is straight forward and honest. Nothing hidden nor surprises at the end ! The sale was completed expeditiously and WITHOUT fuss . No one dragged their feet to close the sale. Which is typically done to slow the sale process to get you for additional accessory purchases. Without hesitation, I will recommend Motorcycles of Miami to anyone looking for a bike or accessories!! I am a rider with a smile! Thank you

I bought my first bike here, and that part was actually quite easy. The staff was polite, and buying the bike felt as simple as buying a bicycle at Walmart—get in, get out. I’ve also noticed they try to build a BMW biker community, which is a good thing. However, the post-sale service is really, really awful. My bike is a Royal Enfield, and I love Enfields, but they never have parts in stock. I always have to wait. The only items they usually have in the store are oil filters; if you need anything else, you either wait or look on eBay, not even a brake pads or spark plug. The prices are also very high. I mean, $150 just to change a tire. That’s why I do my own services and maintenance or find a more affordable shop. Recently, I needed a valve adjustment and no dealer wanted to do the job, so I had no choice. They never answer the phone, and they only reached out to me via WhatsApp after hours. My advice is to buy your bike here, but it’s better to find another shop for service, even if that sadly means losing your warranty.

I bought an F900 R a year ago and the service was very good, but I recently went back to trade in my other motorcycle, a 2021 BMW R 18 with 8,000 miles. I went into the dealership eager to buy a new bike. A very friendly woman helped me, and I told her I wanted to trade my motorcycle for a new K1600. She said she would call someone to give me a price. The manager came over and, speaking loudly, said, "R18? No, no, we don't take those." He looked at the motorcycle to give me an appraisal, but honestly, as soon as he saw my bike, he said, "$4,000, haha." It's a BMW, not a Chinese motorcycle! I really wanted to tell him to go to hell because I didn't like the service or the lowball offer he gave me for my bike, and I couldn't trade in my damn motorcycle.
