I had an excellent experience renting from the EagleRider Miami location. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Check-in was quick, everything was clearly explained, and there were no surprises. The bike was in great condition—clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I reserved. You can tell they take care of their fleet. Helmets and gear were available, and the team took the time to answer questions and make sure I was comfortable before heading out. The location is super convenient, and returning the bike was just as easy as pickup—fast and hassle-free. Overall, this location really stands out. If you’re looking to rent a motorcycle in Miami, I’d definitely recommend EagleRider. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again!

Carlos at EagleRider Miami was awesome! When we arrived, the website didn’t let us book the motorcycles, but Carlos took care of everything right away. He prepared the bikes for us quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. When we returned, he was just as professional and kind, showing the best customer service. Had a great experience. Rented a full size HD for a few days … took a. Ride down to the keys. Got upgraded to a 117 motor and prices we not through the roof. Bike’s. Have stock pipes. If your use to your bike sounding “ good” don’t expect that from these as they leave the stock pipes on.

Love this location!!! Edgar, the manager is courteous and super helpful when me or any of my friends need a bike for the weekend! Bikes are brand new and well maintained. Been a loyal customer for years now, this branch makes me feel like family! Love Eaglerider Miami!
