Great service. I was riding around South Beach on Sunday evening when my peddle broke. They were able to get it fixed and back on the road in under an hour. Danny and Miguel provided top-tier service. Highly recommend.

He patiently explained how to use the Segway and made sure we felt safe and comfortable before we started. His instructions were clear, calm, and very professional. During the tour, Abraham showed us so many beautiful spots around Ocean Drive and shared interesting information along the way. He gave us enough time to enjoy the views and take photos without feeling rushed. If you’re visiting Miami, we highly recommend this Segway tour — and if you can, ask for Abraham! I highly recommend South Florida Trikke Segway & Bikes! My family and I took a 7 PM Segway tour, and the staff overall was very kind and welcoming. However, Abraham truly made the experience spectacular. Since it was our first time riding, he was incredibly patient and an excellent teacher, showing all four of us how to ride in less than ten minutes.
