I've rent vespa 150 for 19 days really quickly. when the light wasn't running i go back to the store and i change the red vespa for the blue really quickly. I see Scott FELD the store manager, he is very professional and cool. You can go to this store is really nice !!! Les français les yeux fermés franchement c'est rapide et efficace je recommande fortement !!

Hello Michael! What is outrageous is that you lie here everybody! Including Paul, me, yourself, Kymco and all your customers as well! Shame on you! This morning after Austin Terrell from Kymco headquarter called me and confirmed me that warranty was finally transferred on me and to call you guys to make appointment, one very shallow and uneducated person answered my call, and with rude voice told me to go to Kymco headquarter at South Carolina and to ask Austin to fix my problem! I really do not understand how you dare to lie now here! I was told that I have to pay, that warranty will not cover it! You as Kymco dealer(unfortunatelly for Kymco and Kymco's customers) yuo shoud know rulls and regulations, as you knew, and to do your job, instead to lie here! Very bad and unrespectful! I hope Kymco will take this seriously, because this create very bad reputation to company! I will do my best that nobody else going through this agony I went through, for about two months, because your unprofessional work! If kymco does not act after this, that is big shame for company as well! Best regards
