This is your scooter rental place!!! I called around to quite a few places, but their flexibility and pricing structure was superior by far. They made the process easy and super fun! Very quick to answer and knowledgeable with all questions. They focus on fantastic customer service and making it a great experience. We will be back Miami Beach Scooter, thank you so much for helping us make such great memories!!! Btw- I’m coming back for those big circle sunglasses, save me a pair 😎.

Rented a scooter here and had a very positive experience. He even let me have some free rental hours the next day since I didn't get as much time as I wanted (completely my own fault). This was my first time using a scooter and we had an absolute blast riding around the city.

This was a super Idea as to get around to cover more territory in a super fun and local way. Just make sure to hit the avoid highways option on GPS as it is a scary. Was able to hit little Havana and enjoy some quilty time with great service experiences. The staff was super friendly, on point and helpful.

A terrible experience at a place that used to be great. I came to this scooter rental on Feb 4th 2026 and rented an electric scooter I payed $50 for an hour. The guy working was extremely unprofessional and didn’t care at all, he didn’t give us helmets and just put us on the bike. When I was riding the a car came onto my lane and almost hit me I quickly held the brake and I was thrown off the bike onto the cement. The bike itself didn’t move it was still upright in its original position, I was bloody and my pants ripped everything burning. I brought back the bike and the manager claimed there was “damage” to the bike and charged me $200! He also couldn’t care less about me or my health. A low class guy with no respect or care. All he cared about was scamming me for $200 claiming there was damage. I would never come here or even think about coming here. This place should be closed.

Be very careful renting from here. I googled to rent a vespa scooter from here based on the past reviews. The guy over the phone said he had a Vespa for me all set up. After I signed the agreement. He says to me that No he's not renting me a Vespa. He was renting me something esle. When it came down to leave a $300 deposit. The guy kepted insisting I do Cash. So i left him a $300 cash deposit. This guy had a very bad attitude and Come to find out. Its under new ownership. The Argentinian guy who now says he's the new owner has horrible customer service. So after riding the scooter for 1 day. I mistakenly locked the key to the scooter under the seat. I called him. To explain the situation he said he was sending someone with a spare to open the seat. The guy sent another person in a box truck and picked up the Scooter 2days later and never answered my calls about the deposit. Be very very careful. This new Management is Horrible...
