Miami Scooter Rentals

Such a great experience i had with them. I was few mins late and they were already closed but they were very helpful until the end. Everything went smoothly. The price was very reasonable.

This was so Great. Nick was very communicative and easy to work with. Scooter is definitely the way to get around Miami. The best part about Miami Scooter is that they're NOT on South beach, so you're not dealing with the insanity. I had friends rent on SB, and it was a disaster start to finish. Nick was great, will definitely use them again.

Man I feel bad for the guy who’s job it is to try to flip all these reviews into making it seem like they’re not that bad and it’s all the customer’s fault. Not sure how hard it is to simply accept that the customer service for this company is very poor and unprofessional. They are rude over the phone, unhelpful, and do not provide useful information. They will try to reply and justify that they are direct and to the point, but if you care about the quality of your experience, simply take your business elsewhere. This isn’t the place for you.

Extremely disrespectful. Their hours state that they are open until 10pm. I called at 8pm to inquire about rental details and they rudely told me to call during the day and that this wasn't time to be calling, and hung up the phone on me. If they don't want to speak at 8 pm, then they should adjust their online hours accordingly or not answer the phone at all. Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I’m leaving this review mainly to help future customers understand how this business operates. I called ahead because I’ve never rented a scooter before and had a few basic questions. The person on the phone did mention a couple of times that the rentals are by appointment only, but since this was my first time dealing with a scooter rental place, I misunderstood and assumed it worked like a typical rental or showroom where you could stop by, look at the scooters, and then rent one. After the call, I walked to the listed address (1222 NW 7th Ave). When I arrived, the location was locked and there is a sign on the door that confirms it is by appointment only. That’s where the disconnect happened for me. For first-time customers, it would really help if it were clearly explained that this is not a showroom and you cannot walk in to see the scooters. The scooters are kept behind a locked door but the pictures show like the scooters will be visible— that’s what I was expecting. I’m also a business owner with my own brand, and I’ve traveled to 25 countries doing business around the world. Because of that, I understand how important it is for businesses to communicate clearly with customers and to make the process easy to understand, especially for first-time clients. At the same time, it’s important for businesses to treat customers respectfully especially when there is a disconnect because we asked questions for clarity, but not listening to the customer when they’re trying to figure out the disconnect and saying we’re busy is unprofessional. No customer, including someone who is new and simply trying to understand the process, should be spoken to in a dismissive or disrespectful way. I’m a respectful person and was simply trying to understand how the process works since this was my first time renting a scooter. Unfortunately the interaction left a negative impression, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Hopefully this review helps other first-time customers understand that this location operates strictly by appointment and is not a walk-in showroom. Thank you for your time.
