My experience with this company was spectacular! The moment I called for a rental, the owner himself was willing to provide me a scooter within a few hours, for a very reasonable price. The customer service is one of a kind. If you are ever stranded for some reason, like your scooter needs repair or an accident happens, the owner himself comes to rescue you. He does repairs on spot and the ones a little more complicated, he takes you to his shop (always willing to give you an oil change). I highly recommend this company, especially for those who like to do Door dash, Ubereats, etc. I plan on renting again in the near future b/c the owner always treats you like family. That is unique for sure!

Lugo is the best! I experienced a flat tire along with am overdue oil change. They had ny scooter up and running within a day for a beyond reasonable price. They are attentive, timely, and very professional. I will only have my Vespa served by them moving forward! So happu.i came across these guys!
