Do not buy from this place — ever. I bought a 250cc N Enduro motorcycle from Worldwide Scooters, and it has been one of the worst experiences of my life. At first, the bike worked fine, but once it reached the mileage for the first oil change, I took it to their shop as required. After that service, the motorcycle never worked the same again. From that day on, it began to fail, and I strongly suspect they did something to the bike while it was there — either they changed the battery or damaged a part, because as soon as I got home, the bike stopped working properly. I had to pay out of pocket to replace the exhaust and the spark plug connector, which was completely corroded. It honestly feels like they intentionally damage or swap parts to make customers come back and spend more money. They also don’t allow you to be near the mechanic, which is extremely suspicious. I was only two payments behind, and I had notified them in advance that I had temporarily lost my job. At that time, I was making split payments to the dealer, American First, and ACIMA, which is already confusing and irregular. Even after explaining my situation, they offered no understanding or flexibility. They told me I had already modified one agreement before, as if losing a job wasn’t a valid reason. I know my rights as a Florida consumer, and what they did was an absolute abuse of power. And to make things worse, I no longer want the motorcycle. The man who came to take it — and who appears in my video evidence — broke the handlebar lock just to move it. They didn’t have the decency to call me, notify me, or wait for me to be home. They acted aggressively, without a court order, and with no respect for private property. That’s not a service — that’s theft and a total lack of ethics. Worldwide Scooters is an abusive, deceitful, and possibly illegal business. Don’t fall for their lies. Stay away from this place if you value your money, your time, and your dignity.
