Coastal Indian Motorcycles

I am a difficult demanding customer.. my bike is my daily driver, and Dealership experiences aren’t always easy…. Especially when it comes to repairs, because everyone thinks their bike should be top priority over everything else. These poor guys take a lot of shit, and I too am guilty of giving it to them. Service Manager Joe, and Parts manager Kevin are THE best around. Talk about going above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience is an understatement. My repairs were no easy task, but they were determined to fix by bike. They kept me informed every step of the way and handled it very carefully. Joe is a very talented technician who took the time to be sure I was fixed up and didn’t leave disappointed. Kevin could not have been more informative and he has a great ability to handle the most difficult and demanding customers. Thank you both for making my experience with Coastal Indian a pleasant one.

I live in eastern NC and bypassed an Indian dealership - on purpose - to have 6" Tab Folsom Prison Bars installed on my Indian Pursuit at Coastal Iron. There was a hick-up in the install but the dealership went out of their to make it right. I will drive the extra hour to do business with Coastal Iron!

Was down there during fall bike week Key fob was given me issues. while was there.They took the bike in took care of that issue.Had 3 updates that needed done adjusted My clutch, check my tires and let me know.Everything else was good. I live in Raleigh, North Carolina and this will be my new dealer to come and have service work done. Best customer service i've ever had

I bought my first bike from these folks and couldn't be happier. The price listed on their website is what I went in and paid, no extra weird fees or charges. Everyone was super knowledgeable and helpful. No one tried to push a bike on me that was more than I wanted. Can not recommend these guys enough! If I ever need to buy another bike, it will be from Coastal Iron.
