Wheelchair & Scooter of Myrtle Beach

My purchasing experience with Wheelchair and Scooter Rental of Myrtle Beach was excellent from start to finish. I went to the showroom to look at my options, as I wanted scooter that would fold to travel via airplane, as well as one that was sturdy and could hold up to 300 lbs. I looked at a few selections and it was clear that the quality of the Golden product was superior and met all my needs. I’ve recently driven to Florida and the scooter fit easily in the trunk of my Ford Focus. Maneuvering on the brick streets of St. Augustine was very easy and made my trip very enjoyable. The staff at Wheelchair and Scooter Rental was very helpful. All the features were explained and demonstrated in the showroom. I was able to take it for a “little spin” to see if it felt comfortable. All in all, I highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again if the need presents itself.

I had a remote control go out on my lift chair on a Saturday. No one was available to help and the manufacturer was closed until Monday. I called several repair services with no luck. Bill went above and beyond to help me find a solution until a new remote could b ordered. His patience, and professionalism were outstanding. He went above and beyond, to provide emergency support. This was not even a product he had sold me but it was a Golden lift chair that I have had for 6 years and still works fabulous. When I need any mobility product in the future u better believe I will purchase from this young man. To treat an outsider with that excellent service, I cannot image if he was taking care of his products as well. Fabulous company!

Our family went to WC&S OF MB on Friday, 11/21/25, not knowing much about devices available for mobility issues. Bill's expertise & Johanna's assistance made us totally comfortable. They stayed past their closing & never rushed us. They answered ALL questions, addressed concerns and needs until we were as comfortable as we needed to be on how to get the best fit for us as Seniors. Because of that, we left with a Scooter that will fit our needs for years to come. We extend our heartfelt Thanks & Appreciation for Our Great and Life Changing Experience.

Nice place with lots of options of scooters. It is clean, looks clean and is well put together. Also, it doesn’t smell like pee diapers or have diapers and what not laying around. I just want to say Bill definitely knows his stuff and is very knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate him and all his help and shared information. Thank you lots for helping me find a scooter that fits me.
