Great service and location! I rented a bike near Central Park, everything was smooth and easy. The bike was in great condition, and I had an amazing ride. Highly recommend!

Great e-scooter tour of Central Park experience. We booked online. There is a bathroom at the back of the shop, and a bathroom stop midway through the tour. Helmets are provided as well as instructions on riding the scooters. We were given a practice run and clear instructions before the tour started. Christopher was a wonderful and personable tour guide who answered our many questions and gave us lots of opportunities to stop and walk around at the more famous spots. We were part of a group of three being led by Christopher - us and another participant on a bicycle. He was able to keep all three of us engaged and keep our group together. He even took our pics at the end. There is a very short walk into and out of the park. Debating on e-scooters versus bicycles? There are a few light hills, and we appreciated that we didn't have to put forth any leg power to zoom up the hills using the scooters. Remember to wear gloves either way if it is a cooler day.

1st time renting bikes, but this was the best experience ever!!! The staff is amazing we weren't comfortable with a scooter because it was too fast they swapped us into bikes no questions. Bikes were in very good shape battery was amazing! MUST RENT PLACE!!!

Great experience renting here. I picked up a Giant brand road bike and rode through all the boroughs, crossing four bridges and taking a ferry for about 40 miles. The bike was well-maintained and had no issues. I stopped back at the shop for a couple of quick seat adjustments, which they handled easily. The helmets seem a bit past their prime, so if you are planning a long or risky ride, you may want to bring your own. Overall, I would rent from here again.

Had so much fun!! Got an electric bike and it took a bit to get used to but they give good instructions that are easy to follow!
