Extremely convenient with excellent customer service. I appreciated the thoughtful assistance with a few questions upon arrival. The bike was in excellent condition and a joy to ride. They were accommodating of my late flight and ensured I had everything I needed for the duration of my trip. The online experience was seamless and made the arrival process smooth. Unbelievable experience! We pulled up to the dealership all bikes were ready, after signing contract we received a quick overview of the bikes and off we went.

The rental process was painless. The folks at Brunswick HD gave me a complete and thorough run through of the bike. Rensselaer county and Massachusetts and Vermont are lovely to ride in. My only gripe is the bike I really don;t enjoy Harley Baggers.

Giving them a 2 because the service was a 4 but EagleRider as a whole is a 1. First the rental process at the location was painless and quick. The people there were very friendly. Not a thing wrong with them on that. I'm not happy I had to keep the bike and pay an extra day because they aren't open on Monday. That's on them. Not happy with EagleRider as a whole though. I rented an Ultra. It was bare bones. I expect pretty much stock but people don't rent a dresser to just ride around town. They could spend a little extra to just put a backrest and highway pegs on it for comfort. Also they could learn from car rentals and put in SiriusXM with an option to activate it. I was also asked if I wanted roadside assistance. I shouldn't have to carry that for a bike they are maintaining. The high price was just not worth what I was paying. I won't rent from EagleRider again. Once again corporate HD showing the consumer means nothing.

Terrible experience with eagle rider at this location, booked a bike 11 days out reservation went through. Received a phone call saying: I have no bikes at the moment I’m canceling your reservation; not, if I get a bike in I’ll call; let me work with our other location and see if we can get you a bike down there that you can turn in here. Come on man, earn your pay. I would expect my employees to try and make that sale as should you all.
