Best place for service ive dealt with in over 30 yrs of owning bikes. Yep, Jon is still there, and thats why its still great. They always have a sick inventory of new bikes.

I bought a Ninja 650 from them recently and the process was very smooth. Rocco helped me out, and made the whole process quick and easy. He was able to help me get a good deal, and was very helpful with explaining any concerns I had. Didn't feel like I was being pressured at all. I've also had my older bike serviced here and they were able to help me fix my service needs.

I really appreciate these guys here. From sales to service, they are excellent. No BS or excuses to help you get things done.

REAL review - 8/22/25. I didn't close a deal yet. But don't let Zeus size and tone put you off. I'm not native NYC but been here 2 decades. Dude is stand up. WILL GIVE YOU THE BEST PRICES he can. He may be off a couple hundred to keep the lights on. But he legit is the best deal in town when you consider transportation, shipping, and all the extra fees other dealers tack on. TL:DR - dude is honest and trying.

I had a great experience on the day I went there. I only dealt with parts and service and both were polite attentive and accommodating. I was able to get a NYS inspection and a inspection mount plate for my electric motorcycle. Also picked up a helmet with Bluetooth at a very competitive price.

I will preface this review by saying that the guys at New York Motorcycle are nice guys. Unfortunately, the service here has many problems. One problem is that it took about 7 weeks between me dropping off my bike to having it ready for pickup. Luckily I have a car but if this was my primary mode of transport, it would've been an even bigger hassle. Second, there really wasn't any communication about what needed to be done before it was done. When I had dropped off the bike, I had a list of things that needed to be done for it's 12k tune up, including belt change, changing of fluids, such as brake fluids, changing filters, etc. He had told me he'd call me a week prior to go over what had to be done and how much it would cost. The only call I got was after everything was done. They had only replaced 2 filters and a spark plug. No belt change, no fluid changes. If I had known he didn't include these other items, I would have told him but now I'll have to pay for the labor to do all that when it could've all been lumped together. Third, after I picked up my bike, I was looking it over and noticed that one of the "screw" type parts was broken off and no one had told me about this. What concerns me is not necessarily that they broke that but what other parts may be broken in areas that I can't see that they just didn't tell me about. Overall, this was my first experience at New York Motorcycle and very well may be my last. It's a shame because this is the closest shop near me. I had gone to Nations Auto prior and thought I'd try somewhere else. Lesson learned. If you have something simple, it may be ok, but I wouldn't come here for any big services.

Never go to this dealer, especially if you’re a first time buyer. I got ripped off by Sal, I made my down payment with a debit card but the man asked for $200 that could only be paid in cash. Being a first time buyer I didn’t think anything of it. Later I found out he never included that money in the contract so really that was for his pocket. Their sales people at the store were rude and couldn’t care less about someone looking to buy a helmet and other equipment.
We'll connect you with a trusted shop in New York City for their best rental price — no cost, no obligation.
