Straight forward and to the point. This is a no frills, no bs, what you see is what you get place. Do your research before you go, ask 1 or 2 questions, but not 500. They did a good job and when I had a problem with a purchase, they made it right. Appreciate local retail before you have no other options.

I ride a Segway E2 Pro, and recently I started having brake issues. I brought it to NYC Bike & Scooter Shop, and I’m honestly really glad I did. I tried DIY, but I messed it up even more. From the moment I walked in, they were super kind and easy to talk to. They checked my scooter right away, explained what was going on, and told me they’d take care of it. I was expecting to be without it for a few days, but they fixed everything in just one day. That was way faster than I thought. The best part was that my scooter is still under warranty, and they handled all of that for me. No stress, no extra charges, no runaround. They just took care of it. It’s hard to find repair shops that are fast, honest, and actually nice to customers, but this place really is. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs scooter repairs in NYC.

This is my second time visiting NYC Bike & Scooter. The first time was to fix a flat tire in the rear of my Gotrax and the second was for the front. The owner replaced them both with solid tires. All I can say is that he is a fast and efficient worker and I highly recommend them if you need repairs for e-bikes or e-scooters

This place is the best! They fixed my iScooter (i7X). My rear tire was flat and my tires are tubeless, and I had no idea how to fix it. The service was extremely professional, fast and affordable. Literally fixed my tire in 10 minutes!!! I highly recommend!

Today took my ninebot max g30 for small repair and prices are reasonable. Repair was done on the spot around 30 mins or so. Owner was very knowledgeable and friendly will revisit for future repairs.
