Aaron and James were extremely professional and took the time to properly repair and fix my flat tire after another shop completely botched the job. They knew exactly what they were doing, explained the process, and got me back on the road quickly. I really appreciate their honesty, skill, and top-notch service highly recommend them if you need reliable scooter repairs!

traveled all the way from the Bronx to New Jersey to Scooter’s R Us, and it was absolutely worth it. From the moment we arrived, the staff and owners were welcoming, professional, and attentive. Mr. James was especially outstanding—he was very informative, clear, and thorough in explaining everything we needed to know. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Not only did he ensure we had all the necessary equipment, but he also took the time to show us how to properly operate the bike. When we realized the bike wouldn’t fit in our car, he didn’t hesitate to find a solution—he even arranged for his nephew to travel from New Jersey to the Bronx, Even his nephew, who delivered the bike, was very professional and friendly. He handled it with great care from start to finish, especially during the handoff. That level of customer service is rare and deeply appreciated. I highly recommend Scooter’s R Us You won’t be disappointed!

EXCELLENT service,, very knowledgeable and professional. My son and I purchased an e- bike today and the experience was great. They took the time to go over everything about the bike and we couldn’t be happier. Customer service was fantastic.

If I can give them a 0 I would, this place is a rip off. I took my scooter because it was sluggish as I took off, they charged $50 for a diagnosis (no problem), they said they had to keep it so they can look it over, from the minute I got there they claimed more then sure its the battery, so after 1 hour they called it was the control box and something else, that as soon as they opened it a cable was burned. He claimed they didn't carry parts for my low end scooter. So I picked it up and took it to an outstanding mechanic, when he opened it (no burnt wire) and it was just the control box, but NEVER EVER LEAVE THE BIKE STAY THERE, when they returned the bike it wouldn't even move.

This place never opens up on time or answer they phone it says they open at 10 but no one gets here till about 1pm bad customer service
