Had my uscooter gt sport serviced here and was very satisfied. Gio did a fantastic job replacing my handlebar and at a fair price. Everyone at the shop is knowledgeable about escooters so this is also a great place to buy if you’re unsure on what you want.

I purchased the Nanrobot LS7 +, the Nanrobot company didn't honor the warranty but Speed Way Riders NYC did! And each time I had a issue, I got great customer service and the parts I needed. I was warned to get a different scooter. I would advise taking Speedway RidersNYC, advice and insights. Their knowledge on scooters and the market is accurate. They are busy but will respond and get things done. Scooters a finicky, and as a customer, I have had consistent support. Whenever you purchase, let them be a guide to what may fit your Scooter needs. Speedway Riders NYC is excellent business, I'm speaking from the interaction. Thanks for all the support.

I want to thank Phil, he is the best. I was looking for a new scooter and he gave me plenty of options and he helped me get the perfect electric scooter for me. He was very knowledgeable and kept me updated with the delivery status. While I was waiting for my new scooter to arrive, I brought another new scooter that was purchased somewhere else and did not work and the company was not responding to any calls or emails. Phil told me to bring it in, they got it running in no time and did not charge me! I have a Nami Burn E-3 and have been in heaven ever since. Thanks Speedway Riders NYC!! !

This was an A+ transaction. Phil was exceptional and helped me whenever I needed answers to questions. Bent over backwards in fact. The scooter is also exceptional. Tons of fun, stable, and fast.
