I had previously went into the dealership, not looking to buy an Indian motorcycle. I was actually looking for another brand but, with the type of salesmanship at the dealership that quickly changed. It was like being with your friends. With the salesman of Frenchie, Poof, Matt and Mr. Smooth It is an unbeatable team. From the knowledge Of the product. To the sell, is one of the best buying experiences a have ever had. I would definitely recommend these guys in your next motorcycle purchase. I know me and my family will.

Indian Motorcycle of Orlando : RiderMarket Dante was my salesperson. Jay was the finance person. Ethan was the sales manager that gave me my full face Indian helmet and assisted me with other things. I could not be happier with the way I was treated, and the patience that they had in answering questions about Indian motorcycles, specifically mine. I got a better Finance rate than other dealers offered and it was definitely a lower price than any of the other motorcycles that I saw at other dealers. All together one of the best sales experience that I've had in my entire life. I can't say enough for this team.

Dante was an amazing salesman. His honesty, knowledge, and overall attitude were a breath of fresh air. Service team is friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to seeing everyone for future routine maintenance. Hands down the best customer service in the area!

I will preface this with the fact that I never set foot into this dealer location. I decided to purchase the bike remotely, working paperwork and delivery with the finance and sales departments through email, phone and the US postal system. The initial experience/impression was very pleasant. All of my questions were answered, my financing options were thoroughly explained as well as what to expect during delivery. The paperwork had to be ink signed so after receiving, reviewing, signing and returning I waited, and waited. No additional communication from finance or sales without my initiation (no additional communication from finance at all, not even that my signed paperwork was received). I had several accessories added to the bike, the service department was awesome, very responsive, thorough communication. The sales department, specifically Juan Santa; was difficult to contact on the phone, didn't respond to emails in a timely manner; and when he did respond, most questions asked of him were completely ignored. After I began sending daily inquiries via email, followed up by voicemails, I was finally contacted by the delivery scheduler. Date selection and delivery went very smoothly; the entire process took 19 days and I live one hour and forty minutes away from their location. Overall not a terrible experience but I don't think that I will purchase from them in the future. This would be a three star rating. I am adding the fourth because of the veil of uncertainty, logistical/work location constraints, and additional procedures and precautions businesses are forced to put into place due to COVID-19.

What a lousy lousy shop. They can't even manage to honor an advertised price from their own website and Facebook marketplace. You can't get a simple answer on a cash purchase for days. And the pos manager wont even call you to try to make the deal. If smart you will shop elsewhere. It's obvious they are clueless here. Look how bad the reviews are.
