Best scooter place in Orlando. Great customer service and warranty. I totally recommend them. After being scammed by a shady business (The scooter plug) I finally found a place that honors their warranty and offer great service

Very rude would never go here at all bald guy is very rude and doesn’t know anything about scooter tried getting a small part that I needed for a carb and online they are 5-10 dollars at this place they are 20 dollars. Don’t recommend coming here. Word customer service ever.

This is the worst company to buy a scooter! They claim to have 20 years in the business but treat the customers terribly! The worst customer service in central Florida! Fake warranty !! All fake !!! They try to compete with other scooter companies but Once you buy the scooter they turn their back on you and refuse to fix the bikes that they sold broken! Awful! Such a terrible experience! DO NOT BUY A SCOOTER OR PARTS FROM HERE! GO SOMEHWERE ELSE RELIABLE THAT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY! What a joke paradizo scooters

Check ebay first honestly. Petcock is way overpriced. Tried asking questions and he wasn't really helpful, kinda just wanted to sell me stuff I probably didn't need. Place is always dead too which tells you something. Only reason I'm giving 1 star is because if you need a part right now and can't wait for shipping they'll probably have it. But you're paying for that convenience. No returns either. Just order online and save yourself the money.
