Exceptional Service and Genuine Care Denise and Jack are truly wonderful people. My 82-year-old mother recently travelled to Disney with my daughter and my niece and nephew. Knowing she wouldn’t be able to walk around the parks, I began researching mobility scooter rentals and came across Rent Orlando Scooters. I initially contacted them via WhatsApp with a number of questions. Denise kindly called me back in the UK, and we had a very thorough conversation. She then took the time to call my mother directly, patiently explaining the different scooter options and helping her choose the most suitable one. As we are based in the UK and I knew I wouldn’t be there in person, I checked Trustpilot and previous reviews and followed up again with Denise. She explained that they had taken over the previous company, serviced all the scooters, and installed new batteries. Her transparency and reassurance gave me complete confidence. We created a WhatsApp group for easy communication, and a few days before the trip, Denise confirmed everything was prepared and ready. On arrival, Jack personally delivered the scooter to the hotel, showed my mum and daughter how to use it, and explained the charging process. The scooter performed flawlessly throughout the entire 10-day trip. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Rent Orlando Scooters for their outstanding service, attention to detail, and genuine care for my mum. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing mobility support while visiting Orlando.

Dropped off timely manner, worked great! Loved the scooter and the battery kept charge all through Disney and Epcot plus various resorts over the entire week. Only had to charge at night. Also fit in back of our Honda CRV once broken down. Great customer service too!! Would definitely recommend!!

Great service and communication. Scooter arrived early, we got text updates, pictures, and video of where the scooter was. We needed the scooter picked up a few hours later than we initially thought and they were more than flexible. The battery life was great and the scooter worked very well. Highly recommend.

Last minute, due to immobility, I decided to rent a scooter to attend a concert. I had nothing but an easy and smooth tranaction with them. My experience has been nothing but exceptional from the very beginning when I booked online 1 week before my travel to Disney World. I received a text with very clear pictures and instructions of where my scooter was waiting for me and where the key was on the scooter, as I had it to be delivered prior to my arrival to the state. I was also able to text an additional question seamlessly, and quickly too!! THE SCOOTER ITSELF..... WOW!!! What a nice scooter. I have my own scooter at home and I love it, but this one is just as amazing! I got the higher model with 4 wheels (I know what I like). It is very comfortable and rides very very smoothly. I went to Magic Kingdom for 12 hours the first day and my battery only went down 1 green charge bar.... THATS AMAZING if you ask me!!!! My husband was so impressed (Takes A LOT to impress him) he then rented one for himself for the next day as we went to Hollywood Studios.... we didn't lose any bars that day. When the guys dropped off my husband's scooter, we were able to catch the, I wanted to introduce myself.... very friendly and awesome to talk to!! We definitely made a new friend and will 100% use them again in the future when we return to Orlando!!!
