Scootz Mobility Scooter Rentals

I own a small business and I always look for opportunities to support other family owned small businesses. I am happy to report that Scootz mobility is a well run, customer focused business that provides exceptional service from start to finish. They were willing to work around our changing schedule and the scooter they provided worked perfect for our needs. Other companies we have used in the past provided scooters that had batteries that needed to be recharged in the parks - not the Scootz scooter. We never even saw the battery drop below full charge - even with 6 miles plus usage very day. Great company - don’t hesitate renting equipment from this family owned company. We will use again.

Just at Scootz made it so easy to rent a scooter. He brought it to our hotel and showed us everything we needed to know about it. And 4 days later we left it at the hotel as our flight was at 7 am. I am thankful to Justin because this allowed me to go with my husband and 13 year old granddaughter to Universal studios after my stroke. So much easier, convenient and less expensive than renting at the park. SCOOTZ is really the best there is! Easy to get on the shuttle, too. (See the picture on the crowded shuttle.) Thanks, Justin

We absolutely loved our scooter rental from Scootz! They were wonderful to work with and provided great communication over the phone. They dropped off and picked up the scooter for me, even at two different locations as well since we changed hotels. We got the smaller scooter, and it was great to lift into the car to take to the theme parks. The handle bar is adjustable and folds down as well as the seat back. It’s simple, comfortable, and easy to drive and transport. It goes 3 different speeds, easy to get in and out of, and has a padded seat and basket. We liked that it wasn’t big and clunky and slow like all the other scooters out there and it had an amazing turn radius! The battery is amazing and lasts all day. Even after a full universal park day we were only down to half a battery. I would highly recommend. Great to even get your elderly parents from the parking lot to inside the park and from land to land! You won’t regret this great little scooter and this good company!

Everyone at Scootz was so accommodating and friendly, and the scooters are so cute! Much smaller and more compact than anything else we saw at WDW. Totally saved our trip when my mom rolled her ankle right before our trip! Highly recommend.

Super prompt... like super super prompt because they had a scooter to us in less than 15 minutes. My 15 year old son had an injured knee and this scooter worked perfectly for him. Scootz were very helpful and explained everything we needed to know about the scooter like charging, operation, and even a little bit of etiquette. The scooter itself was in great condition and worked as expected.
