The Scooter Doctor

My Mom's walker was slightly damaged after a flight into Orlando. Irene and Angel provided courteous and professional customer service. They fixed the walker and got us on our way quickly! I highly recommend the Scooter Doctor.

I highly recommend Mobility City of Orlando for your mobility scooter diagnostic needs. They are wonderful. I have a huge new scooter which they came and picked up, took it back to their shop, tested it, found the problem, replaced and fine tuned everything kept in regular touch with me by email and were as nice as could be. It's back home now all fixed up and I'm so happy! It was such a pleasure to deal with them and I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

While on vacation in OrlandoI went in to try and find a key for my old Revo scooter. They didn’t have one and I needed to run some errands and decided to go back and rent a scooter for my wife.while I was gone Irene found a key for me! I asked how much and she said nothing. Her kindness and true generosity made me feel at home. I hugged her three times being my wife had had a real rough week and without her scooter she would not be able to truly enjoy our vacation. Thank you so very much!

After having a "senior moment" and inserting a battery backward on my scooter, I called these folks for help. Fortunately they were close by. There was no dislodging this thing. Having visions of chaos at TSA next week, I was greatly relieved to have Angel fix the problem in less than 5 minutes! The man is a magician! Special thanks to Angel and office staff Irene and Carrie for their assistance and kindness. After all this they did not even charge for the rescue.

If I could I’d give this amazing business 10 stars!!! While on vacation I needed to air up the rear tires on my electric wheelchair/scooter. Which I was unable to do myself due to the poor design of my machine. I called this place and the friendly guy who answered said to bring it by… I did and I assumed it would need to be dropped off. To my surprise… he dropped what he was doing. And assisted me- added air and I was on my way in minutes!!! If the need arises I’ll buy my next unit from here in a heartbeat! Thank you!!!

Awful location. Dropped off a Uhaul RENTAL and the woman just RUSHED me off the door quick after I wanted to make sure it was checked in correct (red flag ). Well turned out I got an inaccurate bill from Uhaul later that day. When I called to ask her about what she did, she immediately brushed me aside, told me to call Uhaul and abruptly hung up on me. When I called back, went straight to voicemail. AVOID DEALING WITH THE LOCATION AND MUCH RENTING OR DROPPING OFF A TRUCK THERE!!!
