I've been using Wild Hog Scooters (Winter Park) for over 10 years. They have always been great. Thanks to their service my last Kymco scooter ran for 20 years, riding it every day! Bought a new scooter from them in May and they gave me a great deal and the service is excellent. Good job guys!

This spot is THE spot. First scooter? They don't treat you like an idiot lol Miguel explained everything I needed to get going, took my calls and made sure I was not only confident in use but safe! Walk in and you'll find these are great folks immediately. I've trusted Miguel with my life, literally. I have saved time, stress and money ever since!

I've taken my moped to wild hogs from the very beginning and they have always done a fabulous job. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and are eager to help out and provide suburb customer service. I will always take my moped to them for any repairs or service because I know I can trust them with my moped needs......

Pretty cool guys and knowledgeable people. I came in to buy a Genuine Buddy 50 for $3,187 Tax, Tag and Title. Before leaving I asked if the fluids has been filled to which the responded in the affirmative. Mind you I was a new owner and didn't know how to check the fluid levels myself at the time. After 75 miles I had to fill up the 2 stroke oil ($22) mind you this is something that's supposed to only deplete after 600-800, meaning there was nearly no fluid in the reservoir. I believe your first fill up is done after a few hundred miles as the factory doesn't fill it completely, but it's a far cry from the measly 75 miles before I needed to fill it up. It's not a big deal though, $22 isn't a ton. It was more the dishonesty that bothered me. Unlike the maintenance fees which could be written off as miscommunication, they looked me in the eyes and told me that they topped off the fluids. There's no getting around that that was a bald faced lie. Another thing is they didn't check the tightness on the rear view mirrors. I had a 25 mile commute back to my house and the left mirror 10 miles in started swinging like crazy in the wind. I didn't have a wrench to tighten it down so I had to hand tighten it as much as I could but it forced it into an angle where I couldn't see from the left hand mirror on the way back, which posed a huge safety hazard and should be something a dealer checks my default before selling a consumer a vehicle. Additionally another dishonest thing they told me is the initial break in maintenance performed at 500 miles would be free. When I came in to do it they charged me the $63 after tax and when I inquired about the free maintenance after the break in they said "We've never done that." maybe the person misspoke that day? I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and they seem like nice people, but in just came off as dishonest. I brought up the oil situation when I came in and was offered a "bottle of oil" as compensation when they "got one in" but it's like...why don't you just discount the service I'm here for when it wasn't supposed to cost me anything and make it somewhat right? You didn't fill up the fluids like you had told me so it's fair you make this right. I'm not a person who likes to be rude or make trouble so I didn't inquire about that possibility, but I feel like it's a very obvious thing to offer to a customer you wronged with a mistake and makes me think they don't see much value in customer loyalty. As nice as the guys are here dishonesty and costing me more money through overtly lying to me about fluids being filled or misspeaking about maintenance fees doesn't inspire consumer loyalty in me, and that's the safety issue of a loose mirror on a new vehicle aside. I wish them the best in their business endeavors but I don't plan on returning to the dealership and will be finding another dealership to perform my maintenance from now on and I would be vigilant to any consumer coming here to purchase a vehicle. Make sure you check the fluid tanks, check any possible loose attachment points and clarify/record any discussion of first maintenance deals. (Again, I think he misspoke rather than lied maliciously with the maintenance) I feel bad for writing all this bad and nothing good, I think that's unfair to do to any business. So I will say the staff were extremely informative and knowledgeable on my visit when I came to buy the vehicle. Especially the older gentlemen who was there at the time. I was new to scooters/mopeds in general so I had a dozen questions about it and they answered them very politely and were very professional. EDIT: I'm highly disappointed in their doubling down on the loose mirror in their reply. After tightening it myself I only had it come loose twice in 500 miles and that was after driving down a VERY bumpy road for miles with a phone mount swinging on the stem. The mirror should not come loose in 10 miles after purchasing your vehicle. That is not normal if even I can tighten it down better with basic tools.
