Bob did an excellent job of having our bikes ready to go, went over all of the bike controls, and set expectations for the return. Unfortunately we hit a proverbial speed bump in getting back to EagleRider but made it back just in time and still had an excellent experience overall. Definitely renting from EagleRider again.

As always, great experience renting and riding with eaglerider. They had street glide waiting for me and rode flawlessly as always. Always great to stop at this location and catch up w Stace or Bob. They’re always willing to give additional routes to explore. Another Eaglerider gem

It's good. Went with family who had been before. They had coupons for their bikes, but I didn't get offered a coupon when I came so I paid more than they did. I got a call the day after I made my online order, and was only offered a bike that was the same price as the one I originally ordered, with no offer of the coupon. We were the first in the door, and the staff was already a little surly.

I recently rented a 2025 Street Glide, and while the ride itself was fine, the rental experience was highly unprofessional. The bike was in desperate need of a service; the front brake was incredibly spongy and lacked the stopping power it should have had, which is a major safety concern. Additionally, my friend didn't even get the model he booked as they had run out. The 'extras' were just as bad. The helmets provided were low quality with dirty, worn-out linings-even with earplugs, the wind noise was unbearable. To finish the trip, we faced inconsistent messaging regarding the return. Despite being told a 6:30 PM drop-off was fine, we were told at 5:00 PM we might be charged an extra day because their 'computers were already shut down.' These are basic operational issues that a rental company should have sorted.

I have rented from eagle rider in the past and have generally pretty good experiences, so I trusted to rent for a bit longer of a road trip of around 2000 miles, and signed up for their membership. I made the reservation about 1 month in advance and put comments in the reservation specifying the long trip and importance of PM on the bike to be up to date. I reserved a common bike in their fleet (road glide) only to end up being given a bike that was in need of every possible service. The tire was already past the wear indicators, the oil had not been changed in 8000 miles, the front brakes shook violently when being used over 65 mph, and suspension was in need of service to the point where the bike would get scary speed wobbles if cornering over 70MPH on common highways. All combined made a scary experience when riding in rain, snow, and desolate highways in the west. By the time I returned the bike, as I suspected the rear tire had exposed wire, and 10000 mile old oil in it. Hope that this experience is an anomaly but unfortunately made for a less than enjoyable road trip. I let the agent that I returned the bike to of all of these issues, and he documented it and told me to have a nice day, no apologies or signs of concern.
