Worked with Hunter on the purchase of our Vespa and had a wonderful experience. Being first time buyers, we had lot's of questions and he spent the time to answer all of them. We felt very comfortable in the decision we made and are very satisfied with our purchase!

Hunter really is an excellent guy and has given SLC a great Vespa dealer. He stocks both new and vintage parts. It's a great shop with a terrific selection of Vespa and Kymco scooters. If you need a scooter, look no further.

These guys are awesome! Honest, hard working and good peeps! After having an absolute experience with the other scooter shop down by the ball fields, I took my scooter to these guys. I slammed the other scooter company in front of the owner here, he was very polite and professional... He didn't say anything, even though I could tell he knows the other shop sucks! The owner was just classy! My scooter was in rough shape and the other shop couldn't have done anything, but charged me $560!!!! These guys took my scooter in, and although it took a little more time than I would have liked, they got it done. The owner was so empathic to my situation and my experience with the other scooter shop that he gave me an incredible deal for the work that he did. I highly recommend this place to anybody, just be patient as sometimes they have a lot of work to get to. They are worth the wait. My scooter is running better than ever has and I am very happy.

Bought a scooter from Vespa of Salt Lake and it was a pretty good experience, Hunter was knowledgeable and had a 2014 that was brand new that he gave me a good deal on. I had a minor accident on the scooter and took it in for work, the work took a very long time and the quoted amount of time ended up doubling due to back order. Hunter did a good job of making the fix when the part came in, but it was sort of frustrating trying to get a hold of them for an update on where the work was at. Hunter gave me a solid discount after the repairs were completed for the amount of time I waited and the issues with communication, which I really appreciated. If they can fix the communication issues next time I'll likely give a 5 star review.

I’m convinced the only reason these guys are in business is that there is no competition for them selling Vespas in the SLC area. I hardly ever write 1 star reviews bc I like to give people/companies the benefit of the doubt, but only a single star is deserved here. I ordered a Vespa and they said it would be 2 weeks before it would arrive. I said that was fine because I would be out of the country for 3 weeks. When I returned, I was excited to pick it up - but it wasn’t there. Fast forward another 10 days before it was there. Then, a rack for the back of the Vespa I ordered wasn’t on it - they claimed it didn’t come in the shipment. They said it should be here in a week and I could bring it back and they’d install it. I called the next week and they didn’t pick up and I left a VM. Nobody called back. The following Saturday, same thing - called, nobody answered left a VM. Never heard back. Today marks 10 weeks since i ordered the Vespa and the rack - and just found out by an employee there is still no rack anywhere to be found. To the owner(s) of this place - you either need to start caring or you need to train your employees better. Because to pay nearly $7k for a Vespa and get this level of service is going to make customers write reviews like this.
