Have rented with the company for multiple trips in multiple cities. They are always very accommodating, so kind, and respond quickly. I will continue to use them anytime I need something for my kids or family when traveling and recommend cloud of good to everyone.

We were in a pinch and in need of a wheelchair for the weekend. A couple of clicks and we had one delivered within 2 hours of requesting. Super easy. Very responsive. Will definitely keep their number for the future.

Once our scooter arrived we were happily riding it! We rode all over sea port village in San Diego. We were able to enjoy the restaurants and shopping. There is also a park near by We loved scooting through. The scooter was easy to put in the car and assemble quickly when ready to go again. Here we are in the park.

I rented from this company thinking it would be a good experience based off of reviews. However, it is sad to say that is not the case. The rental process was easy and smooth. That’s where the good review ends. I would give it negative stars if I could. I have never really been able to get a hold of my partner. She replied to my message nearly 3 weeks after initial contact, after I sent another message. There was a little correspondence that day and the replies were very short, like she was uninterested and could not be bothered to deal with me, to do her job. I tried reaching put and confirming several times before the day of delivery and I never heard back from her. The day of delivery, the driver did not know anything about the chair and I could not get a hold of my partner. Upon receipt of the chair, when it came time to use it, it was not fully charged as guaranteed. It was on a dead battery for most of the night. Causing me to have to stop and charge throughout the night. I did not receive the chair I reserved. I rented a chair with a 500lb weight capacity and I received a 300lb weight capacity chair. I was also told that the chair had adjustable foot rests, it did not. The customer service number is okay, however, when I wanted to make a complaint, after telling them all of what had gone wrong, they told me to send an email. It I have someone on the phone, why do I have to send an email? I am trying to get an earlier pick up and again, no one can get a hold of my partner. Overall, a horrible experience and I will be finding other companies to rent from in the future.

Absolutely dont recommend. I had a reservation scheduled, they called me 15 minutes prior to tell me there was an emergency and they couldn't get to me until maybe 3 hours later. I explained that we had plans based in the availablity of this rental. Not only were they still going to charge me 2 days of rental, when i was going to have it less than 24 at this point, they offered a 10% discount. I asked them to just charge me for 1 day, they refused. Thankfully I found someone local who cane to the rescue, for a fraction of the cost. Steering clear of this company!
