I bought your baggertail saddle bag for my 06 Softail Deluxe about 2 years ago, and I must say that its the best kit out there for putting hard bags on my bike. In 2023 I was in an accident where I hit a dog at about 60 mph. I locked up the brakes, and went down hard. When I got back on my feet and started checking out my bike I was very surprised and happy to see that the bags were still attached. Scraped and battered,but still there,and your baggertail kit took the crash with flying colors. They weren't bent or tweaked in any way! Great job Cycle Visions !

I’ve been to a few places around the SD area and lived here off and on since 2006. My Harley is basically my happy place in a very unhappy world. Just picked up a rear pulley sprocket today from them. If you’re not taking your business to Randy and his team you’re not going to right place guys!!!! They have shot me straight facts every time I’ve walked through their door. Thank you cyclevisions for what you do and how you conduct yourselves. To the point, extremely knowledgeable and honest time after time. When I gave up hope finding a solid shop with the right vibe, cycle visions squashed that BS and helped me get my knees back in the breeze…

I had a rough experience taking my 2008 kawasaki vulcan classic lt tank in to get it cleaned internally and having it returned to me scratched, paint chipped and a dent size of a golfball on the right side of the tank. I was focused on the interior of the tank and the rust that was present didnt think to check the exterior of the tank since there was no damage to the tank originally. Rough experience trying to support a local small business. Went in store to have a conversation about what could be done to fix it and Randy denied the whole thing and would charge me to fix the problem they created, extremely disappointing. Looks like this place is geared to service only Harleys and everyone else can go somewhere else for a lack of better words. The tank was said to be cleaned in one business day and took a week longer to get accomplished.
