Steve's mobility scooters is a great company. Steve was punctual and so excited that we were going on a cruise to Alaska.

Steve was such a great help for my mom's cruise. We had to call last minute because she hurt her leg before our cruise to Alaska and Steve was able to get her one the next morning for a great price. He was very responsive and extremely helpful. The scooter was great and my mom was able to go to every port with no issues. The battery lasted forever. I would highly recommend Steve.

Great service! It was easy to book and Steve was on time and very nice. My family member was so glad to have a scooter to use while she visited us in Seattle.

We originally booked our scooter rental with another company that couldn’t fulfill our reservation. Of course this wasn’t ideal and as the panic set in I contacted other companies; many in which didn’t respond. Steve contacted us back right away and was so helpful. Booking was so easy! Our drop off location and time even changed and he was understanding, flexible and kind. You can tell he takes pride in his business and customer care. The scooter operated great and was a true help for our elderly family member that wouldn’t have been able to join us on our city venture day without the scooter. A huge thanks to Steve! Highly recommend his services if you’re visiting Seattle and his other service areas or departing for a cruise from a nearby port!

My first cruise and to Alaska was fantastic and made possible by Steve’s rental Scooter. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, concern, punctuality, and just an all-around nice guy!
