Excellent, 100% recommended. ECONOMICAL. EFFICIENT. RESPONSIBLE. RELIABLE. Time goes by, and I reaffirm the excellent quality of the repairs done at this shop. The owner is constantly taking Honda courses, knows a LOT, and explains everything he does to your motorcycle. I'd like to clarify this because of some negative comments I've read... I had bad experiences with someone he hired to answer the phone and handle reception, who only caused problems and a bad impression. Any motorcycle that comes in here comes out like a machine, RELIABLE. I take long motorcycle trips, and I do so with complete peace of mind knowing that if my bike goes to the shop for a check-up before leaving, I won't have any problems other than filling up with fuel and enjoying the ride. _________________________________________________________________________ Quality and competitive price. I bought a used Twister with 17,000 km on it, and now with over 50,000 km, it's had no problems under his care. He's done valve clearance, fork oil, and various oil and filter changes. The bike always leaves his shop well-maintained and freshly washed. I'm very happy with his work. You have to wait for him, though; he only works by appointment. He has a lot of experience and keeps up with Honda training courses.

Gonzalo is a real gem; it's obvious he knows his stuff. He explains, recommends, and educates. It's truly a pleasure to take your motorcycle to him, whether for repairs or servicing.

I don't know about his mechanical skills, since I only went there to buy spare parts, but his customer service skills are terrible. I've never been treated with such arrogance and rudeness anywhere.
