Rented a car here for two days to explore the vast Patagonian steppes and mountains. Service was excellent and fuss-free from the booking to return, and the car was in excellent condition. Will definitely recommend!

Highly recommend this agency. Friendly and professional service. We rented a diesel pickup truck manual. There were 5 of us and this truck was an excellent choice. We took black garbage bags to cover our gear while driving thru off road park roads. I would use them again!!!!👍🍺

Great service! I booked a Corolla sedan and got upgraded to Corolla Cross for free. Customers and staff members communicate via WhatsApp so I can send pictures of the car when picked up and at return as an evidence. One day before returning the car, staff sent necessary information when returning the car so I took like only 1 minute to finish everything. Overall, smooth service with friendly and helpful staff members.

To begin with positives, they did refund me after I refused the vehicle. I couldn't make a reservation online, so I went in-person to see if they had an automatic transmission vehicle I could rent for two days. They had one, and offered it to me. Instead of walking us out to the vehicle for a pre-inspection, they had low resolution images printed on paper that I had to sign showing the vehicle's condition. The images did not show the tread depth of the tires. Once at the lot, I found the rear passenger tire was bald. The front tires would have failed inspection for tread depth as well but weren't as bad as this photo. I returned the keys to the office and refused the vehicle. When I explained why, it didn't even raise an eyebrow from the guy working there. He just shrugged and told me I'd be refunded. This was a FWD Toyota that has clearly had its tires rotated numerous times. There is no way that they didn't know the condition of the tires before offering it to the public. Given the weather and wind you might encounter driving in this part of the world, it is completely unacceptable.

Europcar is extremely unprofessional. The cars are old, poorly maintained, and unsafe — ours made noise, the brakes felt unreliable, and it already had 75,000 km on it. When we reported problems, they refused to change the car. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and clearly focused on squeezing extra money out of customers. They demanded a shocking $6,000 deposit and added credit card surcharges. Other rental agencies were polite and professional, but Europcar was the complete opposite. They may look cheaper, but it’s not worth risking your safety or your family’s. Avoid them.
