ASV Rent a Car Punta Arenas

I highly recommend this company. They delivered me a Toyota RAV4 to El Calafate, even though people on Reddit were insisting that it was impossible to take a car in Argentina and return it in Chile. The price was almost twice cheaper than that offered by Argentinian rental companies. The delivery to Argentina didn’t cost a lot, and the car was almost new, with only 13,000 kilometres on the odometer. The staff were very friendly and responsive throughout the process. Everything was straightforward and well organised. I would definitely use this company again.

Despite our complicated arrival, with several changes to the date and time, the rental company was always flexible and communicated perfectly. The car was handed over and returned within just a few minutes and was in very good condition. All the documents for crossing into Argentina were in order, so we had no problems along the way. We can definitely recommend this rental company.

I needed a car for 2 weeks in southern Patagonia. I messaged ASV a few months ahead and immediately got a response and worked through the opions. The communication was excellent all through the process. The car I was to get had mechanical issues a few weeks prior and I was given my choice of replacements. The car that I got was nothing fancy and the exterior and interior were in good shape...but the car ran perfectly! No issues...and the driving and roads in So Patagonia are not an easy ride. Overall, the price, service and car quality were excellent. I would rent from ASV again!

During our long trips we always rented cars from the big ones like AVIS, Herz etc. However, based on a good and specific trip review about Patagonia we decided to give it a chance and contacted Angel. It is a family runned business (including Angels dad) and was the best choice we made for our trip of 6 weeks to Patagonia! Starting from good and fast communication to care and flexibility. We just came back from Chile and couldn't recommend ASV more. From the moment we contacted them to the moment we returned the car they were always responsive and helpful. They delivered the car at the airport and picked it up when we came back. The car was everything what we needed for our 5 days in Patagonia. The price is super affordable and would chose them over any well know rent a car company again.
