KOYER RENT A CAR

Koyer is not the largest chain in the area. I had my initial doubt about the service. We rented a SUV for 5 days and had the most wonderful experience. Jorge from Koyer arranged someone to wait for us at Punta Arenas airport to pick up the car and another office staff at Puerto Natales office 5 days later to drop off the car. We had a delay on the road so Koyer's staff had to wait for us until 9:30pm. He welcomed us without a single complaint. In addition, they are willing to beat any competitor's price. What a great office! I highly recommend them!

We are so grateful for Koyer rent a car. They were extremely helpful, professional, trustworthy and offered an excellent rate for our car. They stayed in communication with us on a Saturday (when their offices were closed) to help us alter our car return plans when our flight changed. Although we weren’t there to inspect the car with them, they honored our $600USD deposit in full and returned it without a hassle. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them again!

We had a really good experience with the car rental. The Renault Symbol drove us all the way to Pampa Guanaco and back. We booked online and there were no hidden cost. We got our deposit directly after we gave the car back. The comunication was very easy.

Not only we didn't receive the car we reserved and were not Warner before but we lost app. 100 USD for the currency Exchange difference and the company didn't offer ANY COMPENSATIOM for ruining our schedule - BEWARE!
