Rent a Car - MITTA

Our flight landed after the downtown office closed. We used the online chat service, and the person was able to send employees to meet us to open the office and give us our car. They were great great great. Just be conscious of the office hours when you make your reservation!

Extremely good for experience here. Helped get permits into Argentina very easily. Spoke excellent English. Car was modern and in great shape. Drop off was very easy. 10/10

This happened last year in December! We (a group of friends) arrived at the airport at the end of November, two weeks prior to our rental start. We just wanted to confirm everything at the airport desk and asked about traveling to Argentina with the car. The person behind the counter confirmed everything and said it's all okay. Nothing special needed to travel to Argentina. When we came back 2 weeks later to pick the car up, they said we need a special permit to enter Argentina and should have asked for that earlier. We explained what happened before but couldn't do anything else. We set off anyway. On the way to the border a warning light turned on. So we called the office number and they said we should just continue. When we arrived at the border they didn't let us through. So we had to park the car for 1,5 days. It was a very unpleasant experience due to the bad communication and being left alone with a car that's not in a perfect driving condition. We tried to get some of our money back because we couldn't use the car for half of the time but they refused because there was no digital evidence of us wanting to go to Argentina.

Avoid at all costs. Personnel is rude and unprofessional. Company comms are a mess. Truly awful experience. If renting a car is necessary, go by any other option in the airport. It’s very hard to be worse than Mitta.

Be careful! This place will try to scam. I rented a car and gave it back, it was « all good » according to them after 10 min of checking the car. (very unpolite people at both check in and check out). Then they sent an email with pictures of previous incidents and saying we self checked out at the airport which are 2 lies in a row : We checked in and checked out in downtown and the bad news for them is that we had a long video of the vehicle we filmed with their staffs with all evidences. Be careful travelers
