The best car rental company I've ever used. Excellent, attentive, and safe service. It's understandable that it's a small company and can't have the same response time as a larger rental company, but that's precisely what makes the service so much better. 100% recommended, and I'll rent from them again if I have the chance.

They provided timely recommendations at all times and maintained constant follow-up to monitor the rental process and ensure I needed any additional support. They maintain a very good fleet of well-maintained vehicles. This is the third time I've used their services, and each time the experience has been highly satisfactory. I highly recommend them.

Reserved a car for airport pickup. Arrived at the airport at the exact time I had set with them, and they were nowhere to be found. I emailed them that we had arrived with no response. We waited for 30 minutes and by that time all of the taxis had been taken. We paid for a cab into Punta Arenas and had to search first thing in the morning around town for a car, all of which were either closed or cleaned out of rentals. I still haven't heard back from this company, and we still don't have a car.

After I paid the deposit, they told me the car warranty was $2,000 in cash. You won't find a rental company with a $2,000 cash guarantee. They all offer $500, $600, $800! They refused to refund the deposit. I don't recommend it. Ask about the guarantee amount in advance. I booked a car the same day at another location with a $600 deposit. UPDATE from January 10, 2026: The company's response is incorrect: 1. Please attach a screenshot of the conversation from a month before the incident. Did you even mention anything about the deposit? 2. All companies in the city accept cash deposits without exception. Stories that the deposit is only accepted by credit card are untrue. That's the only situation with you. I rented a car the same day with a $600 cash deposit without any problems. 2. Fine, if you want your deposit back, then give it back! If it's a separate request: "I request your deposit back." After this, I can confirm that I have no complaints.
